How long does shipping take?

Physical products are printed on demand and typically ship within 5-7 business days. Delivery takes an additional 3-5 days depending on your location.

Can I return or exchange items?

Since products are made to order, we accept returns only for defective items. Contact the brand or reach out to us within 7 days of delivery.

How do I download digital products?

After purchase, you'll receive a download link via email. You can also access downloads from your account page.

Sign up, complete your brand onboarding, set up your style profile, and launch your first campaign. Our AI design tools help you create professional merchandise in minutes.

What does it cost to start?

Nothing! There are no upfront costs. We use a print-on-demand model — you set your selling price above the base cost, and the margin is your profit.

What products can I sell?

T-shirts, hoodies, mugs, posters, caps, phone cases, and digital products. More product types are added regularly.

How do I get paid?

Creator payouts are processed after order fulfillment. Set up your payout details in your brand dashboard.

Can I run fundraiser campaigns?

Yes! Choose the "Fundraiser" campaign type and specify a cause. You control the margin percentage that goes to the cause.
