By accessing or using Exprez ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to create a creator account

3. Creator Responsibilities

As a creator on Exprez, you agree to:

• Only upload original content or content you have rights to use
• Not sell counterfeit, illegal, or harmful products
• Set fair and transparent pricing
• Fulfill your obligations for experience/event campaigns
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Buyer Terms

• All prices are displayed in INR and include GST
• Orders for physical products are fulfilled via print-on-demand
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary
• Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded

5. Intellectual Property

• Creators retain ownership of their original designs
• By uploading content, you grant Exprez a license to display and reproduce it for fulfillment
• Exprez branding and platform design are our intellectual property

6. Payments and Fees

• We use Razorpay for payment processing
• Creator payouts are subject to platform fees
• All transactions are in Indian Rupees (INR)

7. Limitation of Liability

Exprez is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

• Print quality issues beyond our control
• Shipping delays by third-party carriers
• Content uploaded by creators

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
