Coverage

We currently ship anywhere in India via courier partners. International shipping is not yet available.

Production & Delivery Times

• Production: 3–5 business days (each item is printed to order)
• Delivery: 2–4 business days for metro pin codes, 4–7 days elsewhere
• Total: Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days from payment

Shipping Charges

Standard shipping is calculated at checkout based on the destination pin code and order weight. Free shipping promotions are run periodically by individual brands and shown on the storefront.

Cash on Delivery

COD is available on most pin codes for orders up to ₹3,000. A small COD handling fee may apply and is shown at checkout.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email and SMS as soon as your order is dispatched.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails because the address is incorrect or the recipient is unreachable, the parcel is returned to our facility. We'll contact you to either re-ship (additional charge applies) or refund the order minus the original shipping cost.
